Dear Sir:

Per these actions any person charged within the union States (50) under Title 28 is a free man/woman since the jurisdiction only pertains to the

[Federal Zone] (District of Columbia) and not the union States (50). Since the [United States] is a Corporation and not a Government they have no lawful basis of claim against an American Citizen of one of the union States (50): American Indian: Eskimos. All cases are therefore Fraud in the inducement: Fraudulent conveyance: against any and all defendant.

Since the [UNITED STATES] is a Corporation and not a government then there is no "State" v “[JOHN DOE] or U.S. v [JOHN DOE]. This Corporation has no lawful authority under color of law nor Constitution. The corporate fiction: John Doe to [JOHN DOE] for commercial value is Fraud in the Inducement: Identity theft : fraud by trickery: and you know it.

The "Act to Provide a Government for the [District of Columbia]," Section 34 of the Forty-First Congress of the [UNITED STATES] , Session III, Chapter 61 and 62, enacted February 21, 1871, states that the [UNITED STATES OF AMERICA] is a corporation, whose jurisdiction is applicable only in the ten-mile-square parcel of land known as the (District of Columbia) and to whatever properties are legally titled to the [UNITED STATES], by its registration in the corporate County, State, and Federal governments that are under military power of the [UNITED STATES] and its creditors. Under this provision, the military (CONGRESS) of the [UNITED STATES] has the power to pass private international law for application within the federal (District of Columbia).

The Act provides that the [UNITED STATES], the corporation, has jurisdiction only within the confines of the ten-mile-square parcel of land, known as the (District of Columbia) Private International Law, applicable only in the (District of Columbia).

The Act specifically defines the jurisdiction and the venue of the corporation.

(UNITED STATES CODE), Title 28, 3002(15)(A), basically reiterates that the [UNITED STATES] is a corporation.

What was not said in 1871, but was implicit, was what is plainly stated at Title 28, 3002(15)(3): That all departments of the [UNITED STATES CORPORATION] are part of the corporation.

Title 28, (UNITED STATES CODE), is Copyrighted Private International Law. Indeed, the (UNITED STATES CODE), in its entirety, is Copyrighted Private International Law, and applicable only in the (District of Columbia).

The 11th Amendment: ... the judicial power of the [United States] shall not be construed to extend to any suit in laws or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the [United States] by Citizens of another State, or By Citizens or Subjects of a Foreign State.

16th American Jurisprudence Section 177 " any law written in violation of this Constitution is as though it were never written.

Congress in writing laws for the 2 political jurisdictions: the (Federal Zone) and the union States (50) and can write unconstitutional law for the (Federal Zone) but not the union States (50). You know it and so do I. So do these Court criminals.

Immediate release of all inmates charged under 28 U.S.C. who are American Citizen: end of story. Fraud by trickery is the question on all government forms: "are you a U.S. Citizen": Why is that not defined for people so they know when answering yes they are admitting to being part of the Federal Zone? Criminal intent that is why. Deliberately withholding information to cause one to act to his/her detriment -FRAUD. U. S. Citizens are those living within the holding territories of the [United States: Guam: Puerto Rico: Virgin Islands: Washington, DC] etc.: et al.

American Citizens: American nationals living within the union states (50). Why are there not 3-questions on these forms if not to fraud all who answer? Any and all forms should be immediately changed to reflect the true meaning of "citizen": 1) U.S: 2) American: 3) A LAWFUL RESIDENT OF TURTLE ISLAND: Yes: ____ NO: ____. Numbers 1 and 2 now void for breach of treaty.

[Land and Title Offices] shall be immediately shut down. All foreclosure court cases shall cease immediately against all since neither the bank: Attorney: Lawyer: Firm: Insurance Company: nor owner have lawful right of claim due to land theft by the European Crowns who forced themselves upon this land: murdered: Raped our women: ate the children to survive winters: made us slaves. No [Land or Title Office] has any jurisdiction on this land known as the Great Turtle Island. A Genocide has occurred. Due to fraud all persons who have purchased land under false and fraudulent pretence shall be immediately reimbursed the full purchase price and all fraudulent deeds shall be forwarded to: High King Chief: Scott Phillip Hayes: 204 282 0719. All whom have paid a mortgage shall be reimbursed the full purchase price: surrender their land titles: obtain a 100 year lease on this property from: High King Chief: Scott Phillip Hayes: 204 282 0719 which they can then will to their family members upon their death. Each lease is renewable at the end of the 100 years. No person(s) shall be forced off the land unless they fail to follow these instructions.

March 3, 1861 7-states walked out of (CONGRESS) in secession and no legal action was taken against them. (CONGRESS) dismissed for lack of quorum. They were unable to convene the next session for lack of membership to vote on the matter. The (CONGRESS) of the [UNITED STATES] died March 3, 1861 everything that has happened since is Fraud in the Inducement: Fraud by Trickery: Intentional Fraud: Prove me wrong. B. J. Black U.S. Attorney General to President Buchanan (1860) wrote: Secession is a matter for (CONGRESS) not the President: Lincoln ignored it and declared war on those states. Where sir was the Due Process of Law in this matter?

Those 7-states had lawful right to secede and (CONGRESS) never lawfully dealt with Secession. Lincoln forced a political agenda upon these 7-states and in the process altered the Constitution without amendment: a direct violation of his Oath and Bond -TREASON.

Now add to the mix that all treaties with the original people on the land are being recalled for failure to pay forward on these 4300 treaties and the 3,000 Tribal Nations (original stake holders: original beneficiaries: original Stock Holders) and this land know as the Corporate Fiction

[UNITED STATES:CANADA: MEXICO: CENTRAL AMERICA: SOUTH AMERICA] ceases to exist: now we live on Turtle Island and the common law of Turtle Island applies not U.S. Code. Notice to the Criminal Court at the Hague was notified of this matter on December 28, 2009 as was Interpol and the Chinese Embassy. I: David Lee; Buess (Sovereign Private Attorney General) (Agent) wrote that letter. A genocide has occurred. All treaties are to be paid forward immediately- Gold and Silver.

For non-payment of treaties 1-11 the Commerce Treaties made with the [EUROPEAN CROWNS AT THE TIME] are null and void and the (DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA)

Is lawfully a part of Turtle Island. Void immediately are the Kings Trust and all related treaties, et al. Mr. Holder tell the shadow government in D.C. to take the next ship/plane bound for Europe. These crowns gave up their rights/claims to any holdings and land when they breached the treaties agreements.

Bring only the original Treaties - No Copies. All treaties are payable in gold and silver. So as it is written so shall it be done.
